I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The beautifully styled rooms with fine linens and comfortable beds made my holiday even more lovely. Staying here was such a treat! The rooms, located on the bottom floor, were a massive benefit to our stay, especially after the Grammys party the night before, as I was ready for an early check-in. The service was top-notch, going above and beyond to mail my forgotten items promptly. The location is ideal, right on the beach and within walking distance to Santa Monica Pier and great restaurants. The dining experience was exceptional, especially at 'Shutters on the Beach' for breakfast with a view. Overall, a fabulous experience with just a few minor drawbacks.
